Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please read the following guidelines carefully. Each order is produced specifically for you based on the artwork and specifications you provide.

Cancellation Policy #

• Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
• Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Conditions for Refunds #

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

• The item is faulty.
• The item is damaged upon arrival.

How to Cancel an Order #

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Please note that cancellations may be subject to certain time limits.
