2. Orders

    • All orders are accepted on the understanding that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
    • Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received and, where applicable, your artwork has been approved.
    • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where payment has not cleared, the artwork does not meet print standards, or we suspect misuse or fraud.

3. Payment & Pricing

    • All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
    • Payments are processed securely via our online checkout system.
    • We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other payment options shown at checkout.
    • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Artwork & File Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or files supplied are correct, print-ready, and owned or licensed for use.
    • We do not check spelling, grammar, image resolution, or layout unless specified.
    • Colours may appear differently on screen compared to printed output due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes.
    • Once artwork is approved by you, Print Factory Scotland accepts no responsibility for errors, spelling mistakes, or design issues.

5. Proofs & Approval

    • Some products may include an online or emailed proof before production.
    • It is your responsibility to check all details carefully. Once approved, we cannot make further changes.
    • Production will not begin until we receive your confirmation.

6. Production & Delivery

    • Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on quantity, material, and order volume.
    • Most standard orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after artwork approval.
    • Express and next-day services are available on selected products if ordered before 11am.
    • We use trusted couriers such as DPD and FedEx for UK deliveries.
    • Delivery dates are estimates only; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other events beyond our control.

7. Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
    • Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    • If a cancellation is accepted, we may deduct any artwork setup or processing costs already incurred.

8. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are custom printed, we can only offer refunds or replacements where:

    • The item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or
    • There is a clear production error on our part.

9. Liability

    • Print Factory Scotland shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, or adverse weather.
    • We are not responsible for loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from product use.
    • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
