Remove my account and data

To request a right to erasure or to just have your account permanently removed we will need you to fill out our Request form bellow. We also will need you to verify it’s you, We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that you would like us to erasure your data and/or account.

We have up to 60 days to fulfil your request. We normally process these types of request within 48 hours. In the event we’ve not emailed you with a confirmation email within 7 working days please contact us. It’s rare we don’t see or get your request the first time around but these things do happen.
